We source lodgers based on your preference.

Referencing

We introduce the preferred lodger to you (the live-in landlord), along with a license to occupy agreement, to ensure the lodger agrees to the terms and conditions of the your residence.

Introduction

We conduct reference/background checks on the lodgers to make sure they’re credible.

Reference checks consists of:

*All reference checks will be conducted on lodgers that pass our initial screening*

  • Passport/UK Driving License/Birth Certificate/British Residence Permit/Right to Rent.

  • Three months recent payslips and bank statements.

    A company headed letter confirming employment.

  • Previous Landlord reference.

  • Lodger to declare any health related issues they currently or previously have had.

  • Affordability checks on potential lodgers, to ensure they’re credible to rent.
